Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be sent after booking. If you do not receive it within 1 hour, please contact us. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule once, with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session. To reschedule, email or message us directly with your original appointment time and preferred new date. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future booking at our discretion. No-shows or late arrivals (10+ minutes late without notice) are considered forfeited and non-refundable. Session Guidelines Sessions are held via [Zoom / Phone Call / Other — adjust as needed]. Please arrive on time and be prepared with any questions, goals, or materials you'd like to cover. Any unused time will not roll over or be credited.
